There is a lot of good food in the world. Most of it can be found in restaurants which do amazing things with locally sourced ingredients, or producers who create fantastic products with high quality ingredients, with inspiration and passion.
This blog focuses on the opposite end of the spectrum. The cheaply produced, nasty things full of chemicals and nasty things that shouldn’t be in food. This stuff is bad. This stuff is unhealthy, mass produced garbage. And I’m writing about it.
